Channel Build Purchase Agreement
The fixed-scope purchase terms for the Podkick Channel Build.
Last updated: August 26, 2026
This Podkick Channel Build Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") applies when you purchase the Podkick Channel Build through Podkick's authorized Stripe Payment Link. The buyer is the individual or organization completing checkout ("you" or "Client"). Podkick means Podcast Advisors LLC, doing business as Podkick.
What you are purchasing
The Podkick Channel Build is a fixed-scope, one-time production engagement for the price displayed at checkout. It includes the items described on the applicable Podkick Channel Build page at the time of purchase, currently: channel strategy and format definition, custom cover art, original music, hosting and distribution setup, two expert-preparation sessions, three finished launch episodes, and a practical 90-day publishing plan.
The Channel Build does not include on-site production, guest booking or guest management, legal, regulatory, compliance, medical, tax, or investment review, paid advertising, website development, ongoing publishing, or deliverables not expressly included in the published Channel Build description. Work outside the fixed scope requires a separate written agreement and may carry additional fees.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing a timely, authorized point of contact; the experts, recordings, brand inputs, and factual materials needed for production; consolidated feedback; and any internal approvals required to publish. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the materials you provide, including recordings, names, likenesses, music, and other third-party materials.
Your organization remains responsible for the accuracy of its claims, statements, disclosures, permissions, and required legal, compliance, editorial, executive, or other review. Podkick does not provide legal, regulatory, compliance, tax, medical, investment, or professional advice, and does not act as your reviewer or approver.
Timing, feedback, and changes
Podkick targets a 30-day build period beginning after we receive the information and materials reasonably needed to begin. Delays in recordings, feedback, approvals, access, or other Client inputs may extend the timeline. We will make reasonable revisions needed to align a deliverable with the agreed direction. Material changes to the agreed direction, new episode formats, additional revisions, additional episodes, or new deliverables are outside the fixed scope and require written approval before work begins.
Payment and refunds
The full Channel Build fee is due at checkout. By completing payment, you authorize Podkick and its payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout. Because the Channel Build reserves production capacity and begins with customized planning and creative work, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Podkick agrees otherwise in writing. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply to you.
If you have a question about a charge or believe there has been an error, contact support@podkick.com promptly so we can review it before you initiate a payment dispute.
Ownership and platforms
After full payment, you retain ownership of your pre-existing brand materials, recordings, and the final show-specific deliverables created for your Channel Build. Podkick retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, templates, production methods, software, workflows, and know-how. Third-party platforms, including hosting and distribution services, operate under their own terms and may change, limit, delay, or remove features or content. Podkick is not responsible for those third-party actions.
No outcome guarantee
Podkick will provide the production services described in the applicable scope using reasonable professional care. We do not guarantee audience size, downloads, rankings, leads, revenue, platform acceptance, press coverage, or any other business result.
Governing terms
The Podkick Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to this Agreement. If there is a conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Service about a Channel Build purchase, this Agreement controls. The governing-law, dispute-venue, limitation-of-liability, indemnification, changes, and contact provisions in the Terms of Service are incorporated into this Agreement.
